The Carettic War was a conflict spanning roughly the course of 1388 BV, in which the Evershining Empire attempted to dislodge the Kingdom of Valens as a power in Central Wudor and secure future expansion routes.
While a technical victory for the Valenard People due to their denial of each of the Evershining Empire’s major objectives during the conflict, the Valenic army utilized much of it’s remaining political and military capital fighting the Elves, leading to poor performance in the opening stages of the Second Ettish War.
