The Evershining Empire, internally referred to as simply the Empire of the Elves (Drw. “Qisr-e Aelvizdan / Elv. Aedar Vealarag, or simply Aedar), is a polity based in the continent of Qusarat. Headed by the Evershining Elves, the Empire nevertheless maintains a large presence in Wudor, particularly eastern Carettia, where the aim of establishing control over the continent’s south-center has led to intermittent conflicts with the Ecumenical Hieronate of the Seven and the Kingdom of Valens.
The Evershining Empire was formed from pocket legions of the Kunosa’vlari Having broken free from the ever-enticing glint of the Sacred Flame of Nacheviyan, the Evershining Elves shackled the eternal flame and offered it up to Hteros as a symbol of their devotion. Hteros would cure the afflicted Elves of their magical addiction for their offer, but their scorched skin from gazing at the flame all their lives would never pass.

During the outbreak of the Second Ettish War, Aelvizdan’s population was around 6.7 million people.
